1. Role of Parties (Client as Data Controller; MYCPE ONE Service LLC as Service Provider)

The Site is Owned, developed, hosted, and technically operated by MYCPE ONE Service LLC (“Service Provider”). However, all business operations, content, transactions, communications, and data processing decisions carried out through the Site are controlled solely by Koru Accountancy for whom the Site has been developed ("The Client", "we", "our", or "us").

For all personal data collected through the Site, the Client acts as the Data Controller, meaning the Client determines the purposes and means of processing any personal data collected from users.

MYCPE ONE Service LLC acts exclusively as a technical service provider and does not determine, influence, or control:

• the nature or categories of data the Client chooses to collect;
• the legal basis relied upon by the Client;
• the purposes for which the Client uses the collected data;
• any interactions between users and the Client.

Accordingly, MYCPE ONE Service LLC is not responsible for the Client's data practices and will not be liable for any privacy violations or non-compliance arising from the Client's activities.

This policy describes how the client collects, processes, retains, and discloses personal data about you when providing services to you through the websites, applications, products, and services that link to this policy (our "Services") and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information collected:

• Through the Services.

Children's and Minors' Data

Our Services are not intended for, and the client does not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If the client learns and they have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, the client will delete that information.

The Personal Data That The Client Collects or Processes

Personal data is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information (for example, account information such as name, postal address, and email address, credit card number, or any other identifier the client may use to contact you online or offline).

The types and categories of personal data the client collects or processes include:

• Account and contact information, including name, address (such as home address, work address, or other address), email address, phone number, username, and other contact information you provide us.
• Payment information, including credit card or debit card information and information about the payment methods and services (such as PayPal or Venmo) you use in connection with the Services.
• Account history, including information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.
• Demographic information, including your age and educational qualifications.

For example, the client may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
• Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.

If the client combines or connects non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, the client treats the combined information as personal information.

2. Client-Controlled Data Collection

All personal information collected through forms, chatbots, analytics tools, tracking technologies, and integrations on the Site is collected at the direction of the Client.

The Client solely determines:

• what information is collected;
• how long the information is stored;
• the purpose of its use;
• who the information is shared with;
• the legal basis for collecting such data.

MYCPE ONE Service LLC does not independently collect personal data for its own purposes, except basic technical logs required for server hosting and security.

How The Client Collects Your Personal and Other Data

You Provide Information to Us

The Client collects information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, place an order, subscribe, or make a purchase, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or promotions, or create, upload, or post content to the Services, including reviews, media such as photos, videos, or audio recordings.

Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, the client may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

The Client may use these automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

The technologies the client uses for this automatic data collection may include:

• Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.
• Web Beacons. Third-Party Tools Controlled by the Client

The Site may integrate third-party tools and platforms selected solely by the Client, including but not limited to analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), cookie consent managers (such as CookieYes), CRM systems, payment processors, contact forms, chat automation tools (such as GoHighLevel AI chatbot), and external Client-managed portals.

These third-party services operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Client does not control or influence these integrations, does not configure their settings, and does not assume any responsibility or liability for the collection, storage, use, or disclosure of personal information processed through such third-party platforms.

Users are encouraged to review the Client's privacy notices and the respective third-party privacy policies to understand how their information is handled.

How The Client Uses Your Information

The client uses information that the client collects about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, to:

• Provide you with the Services and any contents, features, information, products, or services that the client makes available through the Services.
• Fulfill and manage subscriptions, purchases, orders and payments.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• Provide you with notices about your account or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
• Improve our Services, including by analyzing your information and creating aggregated data derived from your information) to develop, maintain, analyze, improve, optimize, measure, and report on our Services and their features and how users interact with them. • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Services according to your individual needs and interests.

3. Use of Personal Information by Client (Not MYCPE ONE Service LLC)

Personal information submitted by users is processed solely for purposes determined by the Client, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, processing transactions, marketing, analytics, or other business operations managed by the Client.

MYCPE ONE Service LLC does not use, sell, share, or exploit user information for its own commercial benefit.

MYCPE ONE's role is limited to:

• hosting the Site,
• providing technical infrastructure,
• maintaining the hosting environment,
• ensuring uptime and security at an infrastructure level.

Who The Client Discloses Your Information To

The client may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

The client may also disclose personal data that the client collects or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties the client uses to support our organization.

Disclaimer of Liability – MYCPE ONE Service LLC

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYCPE ONE Service LLC disclaims all liability arising from the Client's data collection practices, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, or data processing activities. MYCPE ONE Service LLC does not supervise, monitor, validate, or control any Client-managed business operations, user interactions, communications, or transactions conducted through the Site.
• All responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities relating to the handling of personal information—including compliance with applicable privacy laws—remain exclusively with the Client. MYCPE ONE Service LLC shall not be liable for any claims, complaints, losses, damages, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from the Client's activities, omissions, or misuse of the Site or its integrated tools.

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information

This section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:

However, please know the client does not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Requests by users to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the processing of their personal information must be directed to the Client, who serves as the Data Controller for all data collected through the Site.

MYCPE ONE Service LLC does not have the authority to act on such user requests unless formally instructed by the Client. MYCPE ONE Service LLC will not directly respond to privacy rights requests submitted by users except where required by law or explicitly authorized in writing by the Client.

How The Client Protects Your Personal Data

The client uses commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and the client cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.

Security Responsibilities:

MYCPE ONE Service LLC maintains commercially reasonable security safeguards for the server environment that hosts the Site. However, the Client is solely responsible for managing and securing all personal information processed through third-party tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing systems, and any external applications integrated into the Site.

The Client alone is responsible for:

• implementing appropriate privacy and data protection measures;
• managing user permissions and access within third-party platforms;
• configuring marketing, tracking, CRM, and analytics integrations;
• complying with all applicable privacy and data security laws;
• obtaining valid user consent where legally required.

MYCPE ONE Service LLC shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, breach, misuse, exposure, or loss of personal information arising from:

• the Client's systems or devices;
• the Client's employees, contractors, or vendors;
• third-party platforms connected or maintained by the Client;
• the Client's negligence, misconfiguration, or failure to implement proper security controls.

How The Client Retains Your Personal Data

The client keeps the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that the client considers our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The client may update this policy from time to time, and the client will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. No Agency or Representation

Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or representative relationship between MYCPE ONE Service LLC and any user of the Site. MYCPE ONE Service LLC does not endorse, supervise, or assume responsibility for any communications, representations, content, or business activities undertaken by the Client through the Site.
